Position 1: Personal Injury Attorney

The Role
Case Leadership: Drive personal injury matters from intake through negotiation and resolution.
Strategic Advocacy: Draft high-stakes pleadings, conduct research, and represent clients in court and mediations.
Client Impact: Provide elite advocacy for clients facing language and cultural barriers in the U.S. legal system.
Requirements
Bar License: Active license in any UBE state (Required).
Preferred Jurisdictions: VA or MD license is a significant advantage.
Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Chinese, Spanish or Korean is preferred.
Profile: We value a high-ownership mindset. Prior PI experience is welcome but not required; we provide the training and processes to ensure your success.
Location: Maryland. You can work remotely.

Position 2: Legal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in handling personal injury claim cases (document organization, client communication, drafting legal documents using templates, etc.).
Perform repetitive but detail-critical legal support tasks under guidance.
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, medical providers, etc., via phone/email.
What We Need from You:
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English (proficiency equivalent to at least a high school level in both China and the US is required for listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Candidates with sales experience in the US will be eligible for higher compensation.

Skilled in interpersonal communication, patient in listening to client needs, outgoing and sociable.
Attentive to detail and capable of meticulously handling repetitive tasks.

Position 3: Legal Intern or Law Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in handling personal injury claim cases (document organization, client communication, drafting legal documents using templates, etc.)
Perform repetitive but detail-critical legal support tasks under guidance
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, medical institutions, and other parties via phone/email
Requirements:
Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills equivalent to at least high school level in both China and the U.S.)
Current law student or law school graduate, all majors accepted! Tort Law grade of B+ or above
Core Qualities:
Genuinely passionate about helping others with a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent interpersonal skills, patient in listening to client needs, outgoing and sociable
Meticulous attention to detail, capable of rigorously handling repetitive tasks
Enthusiastic about learning new legal knowledge
